Carlos Carreiras is the Mayor of Cascais and President of the General Council of the National Association of Portuguese Municipalities.
He was president of Francisco Sá Carneiro Institute until March 2013.
Completed the Accounting and Administration Institute of Lisbon in 1987 and his professional activity took place in South America, Africa and Europe in companies in the hospitality sector and great consumption until 2005. That’s when he felt the call of municipal policy.
